Job Description
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Labourers to support manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is suitable for individuals who are comfortable with physical work and want to build long-term employment in Canada’s manufacturing sector. Training will be provided, so previous experience is helpful but not required.
Salary
- CAD $16 – $23 per hour (depending on experience and shift)
- Overtime pay as per Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly wage payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in manufacturing and production processes
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials within the facility
- Packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Operating basic machinery under supervision
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Performing basic quality checks on finished products
- Following safety regulations and company procedures
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous factory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
