Qualification & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is an asset but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of machinery and tools.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in various factory tasks, including loading/unloading materials, setting up machines, and packaging products.
- Support skilled workers, such as machine operators or technicians, in their daily tasks.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Conduct basic quality checks under supervision.
- Help in the maintenance and minor repair of factory equipment.
- Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines set by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a factory setting.
