Job Description
We are looking for reliable and motivated Factory Helpers to support daily manufacturing and production activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy hands-on work, and want stable employment in Canada’s manufacturing sector. No advanced experience is required, as training will be provided on the job.
Salary
- CAD $16 – $23 per hour (depending on experience and shift)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly wage payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting machine operators and skilled workers
- Loading, unloading, and moving metal materials and products
- Packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the factory floor
- Performing basic quality checks under supervision
- Following safety procedures and wearing protective equipment
- Supporting supervisors with assigned production tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous factory or metal fabrication experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labor
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
