Job Description
Industrie Ergie Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated Factory Helpers to assist in daily production and factory operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking for stable employment in Canada. Training will be provided, so prior factory experience is not mandatory.
Salary
- CAD $16 – $22 per hour (based on experience and shift)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly wage payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting machine operators during production
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Packing, labeling, and sorting manufactured goods
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the factory floor
- Performing basic quality checks on products
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines
- Supporting supervisors with assigned tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
