Amma’s Kitchen is actively seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Canada. This position offers visa sponsorship, providing an exceptional opportunity for a talented chef from abroad to work and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
Qualification & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in Indian cuisine, with a strong portfolio of dishes.
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication.
- Eligibility to work in Canada (visa sponsorship will be provided).
Job Responsibilities:
As an Executive Chef at Amma’s Kitchen, your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing the restaurant’s Indian menu, including innovative and traditional dishes.
- Leading and supervising kitchen staff, including hiring and training.
- Overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost control.
- Maintaining food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
