Mezza Lebanese Kitchen (Larry Uteck) is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Cooks to join its kitchen team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy preparing fresh food, working in a fast-paced environment, and building a career in Canada’s food service industry. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Salary
- CAD $16 – $24 per hour (depending on experience and performance)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly salary payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to Mezza’s recipes and standards
- Ensuring food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and storage
- Following food safety and health regulations
- Working efficiently during busy service hours
- Supporting team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn
- Passion for food and attention to detail
