As a co-pilot, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cargo aircraft, delivering essential goods across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the captain in the operation of the aircraft, including pre-flight checks, in-flight procedures, and post-flight duties
- Monitor and maintain flight parameters, navigational systems, and communication with air traffic control
- Participate in the decision-making process, providing input and recommendations to the captain
- Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in aircraft systems and emergency procedures
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the flight crew
Requirements:
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time, with at least 500 hours of multi-engine experience
- Experience flying cargo or heavy-lift aircraft is preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to relocate to Canada and obtain the necessary work visa
