Job Description

Caremax Cleaning Services is hiring an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in North York, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills and strong knowledge of commercial cleaning standards.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, assign tasks to staff, and ensure high-quality service for clients. You will also support training and maintain safety standards at all worksites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and schedule cleaning staff.

6. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety rules.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
