Job Description
Crystal Springs Dairy Company is hiring hardworking and detail-focused Cheese Factory Workers to support daily dairy and cheese production operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, structured food manufacturing environment and are looking for stable employment in Canada. Full training will be provided.
Salary
- CAD $16 – $23 per hour (based on experience and shift schedule)
- Overtime pay in line with Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly wage payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in cheese and dairy product production processes
- Operating and monitoring basic food-processing machinery
- Cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling cheese products
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Following food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
- Performing basic quality checks on finished products
- Supporting supervisors and production teams as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous food factory or dairy experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work in a cool and hygienic production environment
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
