As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with there daily living activities and providing companionship. You will have the privilege of working closely with clients to ensure there physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
2. Support individuals with mobility assistance and help them navigate there surroundings
3. Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
4. Prepare nutritious meals and ensure dietary requirements are met
5. Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship to alleviate any feelings of loneliness or isolation
6. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
7. Promptly report any changes in client health status or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred but not essential – we provide comprehensive training
• Certification or diploma in healthcare assistance or related field is an asset
• Compassionate nature with genuine care for others’ well-being
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required by client needs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A valid work permit or visa sponsorship eligibility for working in Canada – we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates!
