Job Description
Casa Dolce Casa is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers (Home Support Workers) to provide personal care and daily living support to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, caring, and committed to improving the quality of life of seniors or individuals requiring assistance.
Foreign applicants may be considered where employment authorization requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support daily activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safe movement
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors or family
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment
- Follow care plans and health & safety guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a caregiver or home support worker is preferred
- Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene practices
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to work flexible schedules if required
- Caregiver training or certification is an asset
- Ability to meet Canadian work eligibility requirements
Salary
- CAD $16.50 – $20.00 per hour
