Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to our clients in there own homes, ensuring there safety, comfort, and well-being
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Monitor and report any changes in our clients’ physical or mental health
Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interaction to enhance there quality of life
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

A genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on there lives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and there families
Patience, empathy, and a caring, compassionate nature
Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting is preferred, but not essential
Eligibility to work in the UK, with the ability to obtain a relevant visa through our sponsorship program
