Are you an experienced cabin crew member looking for an exciting new opportunity in Canada? Cargojet Inc., a leading cargo airline in Canada, is seeking a talented Cabin Crew Supervisor to joint there team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate the work of the cabin crew during flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service are maintained
2. Provide guidance, training, and support to cabin crew members to continuously improve there performance
3. Manage the cabin crew schedule, including shift assignments and leave requests
4. Serve as the main point of contact for cabin crew and address any in-flight issues or concerns
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies
6. Participate in the recruitment and selection of new cabin crew members
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of cabin crew procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a cabin crew member, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Thorough knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Canadian work permit or visa
