Are you a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? Look no further! Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing all operations of the hotel
  2. Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional guest service
  3. Manage the daily operations of various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  4. Work closely with other department heads to create and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and maximizing revenue
  5. Maintain a strong presence on the hotel floor to ensure smooth operations and address any guest concerns or issues
  6. Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development initiatives
  8. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all regulations
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance hotel operations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role as an Assistant Hotel Manager or related position
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage service protocols, and maintenance requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with poise
