Are you a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? Look no further! Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing all operations of the hotel
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional guest service
- Manage the daily operations of various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Work closely with other department heads to create and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and maximizing revenue
- Maintain a strong presence on the hotel floor to ensure smooth operations and address any guest concerns or issues
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development initiatives
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance hotel operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role as an Assistant Hotel Manager or related position
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage service protocols, and maintenance requirements
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with poise
