Qualification & Experience:

No formal education is required.
Previous experience in beekeeping or related agricultural practices is beneficial but not essential.
Basic understanding of bee behavior and safety protocols.
Physical stamina to perform farm and beekeeping tasks.
Adequate communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of bee colonies.
Harvest honey and beeswax.
Recognize and manage bee health issues, reporting any diseases or disturbances.
Assemble and place beehive equipment.
Manage honey extraction and storage procedures.
Comply with safety procedures to ensure minimal bee stings and related injuries.

Job Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment with bees, which includes potential risks of bee stings.
Willingness to work outdoors, in various weather conditions, including heat or cold.
Familiarity or willingness to learn about beekeeping tools and equipment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow directions accurately.
Commitment to sustainable and ethical beekeeping practices.

Work Setting:

The outdoor environment with active engagement with bees.
Standard working hours, but flexibility may be required based on the needs of the bee colonies.
Protective gear will be provided to minimize risks associated with bee stings.

Additional Information:

Visa sponsorship will be extended to eligible international candidates.
Comprehensive training on Pineline Producers’ beekeeping methods will be provided upon joining.
