Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, credit, and other financial transactions with customers
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Greet customers entering and leaving the hotel
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Keep the working area tidy and organized
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- High school diploma; additional certification in finance or relevant field is a plus
