Jobs Description:

At Smartying Group Inc., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Agricultural Equipment Technician to joint our team in Canada. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge agricultural equipment and contribute to the success of our customers in the farming industry. Responsibilities:

1. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of agricultural equipment, including tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and other farm machinery
2. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
3. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and proactively address them
4. Use diagnostic tools and software to efficiently diagnose equipment issues
5. Order parts as needed and maintain accurate inventory records
6. Ensure all repairs are completed within established timelines
7. Collaborate with customers to provide technical support and educate them on proper equipment operation and maintenance practices
8. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
9. Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as an Agricultural Equipment Technician or a similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with a variety of agricultural equipment brands and models
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, engines, and other components found in agricultural machinery
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• A valid driver’s license is required; Class A or Class B preferred
• A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship for candidates outside of Canada
