1. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of agricultural equipment
2. Troubleshoot and identify issues using technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and expertise
3. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimum performance
4. Collaborate with the service team to prioritize repairs and meet customer expectations
5. Keep accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area
7. Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in training programs as required
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Agricultural Equipment Technician is preferred
• Agricultural equipment manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools used for troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify complex issues quickly
• A commitment to safety protocols in all aspects of work performed
• An organized approach to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position
