I am having 13+ years experience in Hotel IT and operations, I'm basically hotel management graduate, completed CCNA Certification and diploma in computer application and working in IT and operations.
I have worked as an IT Officer at Oberoi Group. I am looking the daily hotel operation, conducting departmental training and training new associate different software and other basic activities of the computer. I have thorough knowledge in the different troubleshooting and problem solving.
