• To ensure that the organisation assets are safe and properly maintained.
• Assist in monitoring inventory management processes to track trends and account for the inventory status from source to beneficiary.
• Assist in management of commodity accounting data quality and integrity.
• Procurement of district office commodities.
• To ensure that all aspects of administrative and logistical functions are carried out in accordance with compliance to donor requirements and general good practices.
• Timeous processing of timesheets
• Timeous collection of financial resources from the Central Office, acquitting resources advanced and ensure that all required documents are attached.
• Supporting district officer to do participant payments at training and other meetings.
• Coordinating the organization of workshops and conferences for the province as per the guidelines to ensure that workshops are held at appropriate venues.
• Keep the office organized and running efficiently through ordering office supplies as needed and keeping track of inventories.
• Ensure that programs have adequate transport through scheduling for maintenance and liaising with the central office Transport Officer for back up as necessary.
• Prepare the monthly transport report for the district through reviewing and consolidating in compliance with the OPHID Transport Policy and Procedures.
• Manage tasks related to procurement, operations, maintenance, repairing, and servicing of the vehicles in compliance with OPHID Transport Policy, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of fleet management.
• Ensure that all business operations have adequate material to attain their objectives. This is achieved through devising and implementing systems for optimizing inventory control procedures.
• Periodic inspection of OPHID’s assets and properties and ensuring that they are tagged for safeguarding the assets and maintenance of the Asset Registers ensuring that all asset and supplies acquisitions are recorded therein.
• Maintenance of office equipment to ensure operational efficiency in the office
