Previously,I was responsible for a personal service to all guest,fully aware and following the Hotel standards and procedures.
I received the requirements of the job opening and i believe my condidacy is an excellent fit for this position.Some of the key requirements that i have extensive experience and expertise include;
(A) To ensure all key service staandard  are kept to the highest level delivered with consistency.
(B)To demonstrate commanding control over the front entrance area and manage the flow of traffic and the safe arrival and departure of guest and luggage to and from the hotel.
(C)To assist guests with any request either for the concierge or front desk.
(D)Give directions to guest,arranging taxis,communicating guest arrivals to the CSR team.
(E)Greet  and engage with all arrival,departure and in-house guest with personal recognition.
(F)To give warm welcom to guests,Opening and Closing vehicle doors.
(G)Offer consistent,friendly and high standards assistance to guest and maintainin a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service.
(H)Strong interpersonal skills and love for meeting and interacting with people.
