Front Office Manager As a Front Office Manager, I will oversee the Front Office Team which is the
main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel
departments. A Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the first
impressions of our Guests and, therefore, has to perform the following tasks
to the highest standards
Responsible for short and long-term planning and the management of the
Hotel’s front office operations
Develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans, and objectives and
manages within those approved plans
Maintain guest room inventory, monitor the appearance, standards, and
performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training
and teamwork

Perform all tasks of a Front Office Staff as needed to facilitate service. Ensure
team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing,
and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and
procedures. Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing

Analyze, investigate and resolve guest complaints and monitor Guest
satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results
