Qualification & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms as per the hotel’s standards, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and queries, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in the rooms to the management.
- Handle laundry tasks, such as washing, drying, and folding towels and linens.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines set by the resort.
Job Requirements:
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on hotel occupancy.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Work Setting:
- Resort and spa environment, requiring interactions with guests and other hotel staff.
- Flexibility in working hours based on the resort’s occupancy and events.
- Tools and cleaning supplies will be provided.
