Eaglebrook Farms is seeking a dedicated Dairy Farm Worker to joint our team in Canada. We are proud to offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who are passionate about working in the agriculture industry. As a Dairy Farm Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and welfare of our dairy herd. Your responsibilities will include feeding and watering the animals, cleaning and maintaining there living areas, milking cows, and assisting with general farm tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Feed and water dairy cows according to there dietary requirements
- Maintain clean and sanitary living conditions for the animals
- Milk cows using modern milking equipment
- Monitor the health of the herd and report any concerns to the farm manager
- Assist with breeding and calving operations
- Operate farm machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform general maintenance tasks around the farm as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience working on a dairy farm is preferred, but not required (training will be provided)
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- A genuine passion for working with animals and ensuring there well-being
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
