Jobs Description:

Maple Leaf Foods Inc. is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to joint our team as General Farm Workers at our farms in Canada. Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm structures and equipment
• Care for livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring there health
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the farm premises
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Farm Manager

Requirements:

• Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
