Responsibilities:
- Harvest apples by hand, following proper picking techniques to ensure quality
- Sort and grade apples based on size, color, and other specifications
- Pack apples into crates or bins for transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Assist with other farm tasks as needed
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary – we will provide training!
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment
- A valid work permit or eligibility for visa sponsorship in Canada (we are willing to sponsor qualified candidates)
