My name is Hakila Thailande and i am flexible person who explored beyond my limit, as a fresh graduate, I was able to learn multiple skills that can be use in many industry such as the
ability to create content for different aspect in business, critical research to produce a marketing research or any other research needed to complete a task while I had the opportunity to learn how to use the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences which facilitated all my research throughout a lot of years. I was lucky to be able to learn and being raised speaking French for almost 15 years while I was taking English classes to improve my speaking and writing skills hence making communication easy
both in French or in English for me and the team I am or will be working with.
Education
I finally decided to follow my dreams and focus in what satisfy the biggest portion of this world by taking all basic interesting attractions that brings up tourist both families and individuals willing to explore and learn something from a world outside their comfort zone . I was able to travel and make some research from a lot of different attractions, restaurants and hotels which improved my flexibility to work and live in different areas.
In ordinary level, i was taking all classes including science and arts where i was able to take difference classes for three years to finally choose a combination of three different course. I took Math Physics and Geography with a big dream to attend Geology and Earth science bachelor but unfortunately i realized that science was not my interest hence explaining why i leaned with the environment and my adventure interest.
Experience

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales,Finance etc.)
- I research and coordinate all information needed to produce a better working space and advice the employer about the current situation and help to find a solution
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Coordinating retail store operations
- Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
For the first month, i was working in the human resources industry where i was directly connected to the workers there by analyzing all issues and records and preparing everything to be checked by my superiors while the second month, i was transferred to the practical part of the industry where i learned all about the engines used for the road construction in addition with all extra information and cost related to the company.
