Mayacharters is the most exclusive, luxury and secure nautical and
boats charters in Cancun, offering charters of Diving, Fishing, Snorkel,
Whale Sharks and sunset dinners, all the time on Axopar 37 Feet Ships.
My duty as a Deckhand on board was cooking local and fresh lobster
mexican ceviche on every trip, and on fishing trips preparing on board a
fish ceviche from the clients catch, getting experience about clean and
prepare food from lobsters and huge fishes from the Caribbean sea,
always with gentle care and hygienic standards.
2.5 years of experience in the most luxury Hotel in Cancun, following
the highest Forbes service standards, we were the most important
department in the resort because the guest stay with me for more than
5 hours of service and request, where i have the opportunity to serve
celebrities from around the world

following service standars from AAA diamons (company that certificate
restaurants and hotels service). wine expert with certificate of wine for 6 months.
Two years of experience in a shrimp and seafood service, making an
amazing dinner and lunch experiences to people from around world.

tail), knowledge about cooking and preparing shrimp, fish and lobster
