I am Mechanical Engineer, currently working as a Mechanical Supervisor, who is very keen and focused in the work. Supervising technicians, guiding them to do their work accurately is my prime motive. With my qualifications and experience I have developed my skills in supervision, precision and also time managing. Basic computer software knowledge helps me in scheduling work orders and up to date improvisation in work.

Completed Bachelor s in Mechanical Engineering with 69.73 percentage. Degree certified by World Education Services, Canada and given equivalency for four years degree.

Assign jobs to mechanics.
Create schedules to ensure that coverage for possible machine breakdowns is maintained at all time.
Oversee the training of mechanics.
Inspect machinery installed and repaired by mechanics.
Maintain logs of machine repair and maintenance.
Conduct job performance assessments and keep track of mechanic production.
Review the safety practices of mechanics and ensure that all employees are following company federal safety guidelines.
Design safety programs and conduct safety training.
Ensure that parts for repairs and installation are kept on hand at all times.
Keep inventory records and ordering parts as needed.
