At PCL Constructors Canada Inc., we are currently seeking experienced and skilled Construction Supervisors to joint our team in Canada. As one of the largest contracting organizations in North America, PCL offers exciting opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on various projects
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
3. Monitor project progress, quality, and budget
4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
5. Provide guidance and support to the construction team
6. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities
7. Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines
8. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with construction software/tools is an asset
• Valid work permit/visa sponsorship for working in Canada (if applicable)
• Certification or diploma in construction management is preferred but not mandatory
