Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
2. Transport goods and materials to designated locations
3. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
5. Ensure the safety of cargo during transportation
6. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues before and after trips
7. Report any incidents, accidents, or violations to the appropriate authorities
8. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the vehicle

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver’s license (CDL Class A or B)
• Prior experience as a professional driver (truck, delivery, or similar)
• Familiarity with Canadian roads, highways, and traffic regulations
• A clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 5 years
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety
• Good communication skills in English (French language skills are a plus)
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks
