I started working in the hotel industry and Airlines company more than 20 years ago as a training manager for Hotels and Airlins company . While working there, I received several promotions. For the past 10 years, I have worked as a Duty Manager.

 

I have the managerial and leadership skills needed to be successful as your next Food & Beverage Manager . I remain calm under pressure, have strong problem-solving abilities and possess the communication skills needed to work with different types of personalities. I understand the pressure that comes from being a Food & Beverage Manager , so I thrive in this type of environment. I use these traits to handle escalations from guests and staff grievances when they arise and resolve all problems in a satisfactory manner. My performance reviews always note that I excel in this area. I also oversee ways to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. I have spearheaded many promotional campaigns, which increased sales  45%.

 

Additionally, I speak multiple foreign languages, which allow me to communicate with more patrons and recruit additional staff members.I have good relationships with important and vip people from all over the world , I hold a Master of Science degree in hospitality management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotels and tourism management.
