                My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both cashier and waiter. I worked on the customer service in two restaurants as a waiter and cashier and I was working for “ Zalagh Kasbah hotel & spa “ as a revenue and lodging controller for last 4 years.

     In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my part-time employment as a waiter while in university.

     I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and Photoshop and a system of hotel called “ Pluriel hotel “. Please see the accompanying resume for details of my experience and education.
